Returns & Cancellation

Consumer orders placed online

If you're a consumer and you order online (i.e. you don't collect in person at our premises), the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This right applies regardless of an item's clearance or "new old stock" status — a "sold as seen" description does not, and cannot, remove this statutory right for online consumer sales.

To cancel, email us within that 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Return shipping: for non-battery items, you're responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty or not as described. Battery-containing items must be returned by hand or arranged local collection for the same UN3480 reasons they were delivered that way in the first place — contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange this.

Return address: contact us for our returns address.

Refunds: we refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, evidence that you've sent them), using the same payment method you used to pay.

In-person collection orders

If you collect your order in person at our Coleshill premises, this is a face-to-face transaction and the Consumer Contracts Regulations' 14-day cancellation right does not apply. Please inspect goods before taking them away.

Business (B2B) buyers

If you're purchasing as a business rather than as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to your order. Goods are sold on a "sold as seen" basis under standard sale of goods terms and are not returnable except where faulty or not as described.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in this policy affects your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or do not match their description, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumers) or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (for businesses).
